"Check in was really good, two staff members were very helpful, cheery and smiled. Rooms are very clean, beds are amazing, lovely shower. Breakfast was excellent and great to be able to take breakfast at 7am before leaving for Port. Staff helpful with travel questions and arranging taxi. "Such a welcome! The people running this hotel are very friendly. I visited end of October with my 10y daughter. She could play in the kids club twice a day (except Wednesday) and has a little kids disco in the evening. There isn’t much to do in the resort so this is a ‘quiet, relaxing holiday’ the beach area behind the hotel was lovely. If you want any ‘life’ Heraklion is 15min cab away for €14 with lots of shops and restaurants. I loved this holiday. "
