"Was very nice stay, did have an issue first night with very loud neighbours in unit next to me, loud outside unit which kept me awake for a while, wasn't worth complaining about but as some people just do not realise how noise carries at nigh."

"We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. The building needs TLC as we can hear every word from reception as well as noise upstairs. However, the receptionist was very friendly and lovely, the room was specious with full kitchen plus a spa bathtub at good price, and the beach is just around corner which is what I was after. Overall I was happy with this stay. "

"Great place to stay when visiting family in Waikanae. Easy motorway access. Walking distance to the Waikanae shops and the suburban train station. Not ultra modern but everything you need and comfy beds."

"It was a pleasant 2 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. The only thing i complain was the fridge doesnt work. But its not a big deal for us because we eat out and its only a short stay. Its good that its accessible to anything. The mall is just around the corner. Lots.of restaurant around the area. "
