I have always stayed near place Concord so this area was new to me, but we found it perfectly situated to explore St Germaine, the Latin quarter, notre dam, the louvre and orsay and all areas near the Seine. Housekeeping was a tad off and the room design could use a fine tune to maximize limited space, but a wonderful place to stay "

"The most common complaint about this property in the reviews is the location surrounding it, which thankfully was Not an issue at all during the 8 days I was there. It's just a super diverse area so if you're not used to that much diversity of course it's a little intimidating. Rest assured that nobody is camping outside the hotel trying to hurt anybody, streets are filled with joggers, bikers and people just doing their day to day errands.
