Christian not only helped me find a way to my horseback riding tour but also arranged taxis, and the bus back to Dublin. All the staff was professional and friendly. When I come back to Ireland I will be staying here. Top notch service all the way."

"This is a lovely historical building right on Eyre Square. The staff are all very friendly and my room was comfortable. I had a nice view of the square on 3rd floor and the room was mostly very quiet. My only quibble, and this is common among hotels in Ireland, is the bathing option. It is a very deep tub with a half door of glass. This is not suitable for those with mobility issues and I'm in great physical shape and it was a pain for me. "This is our third visit to Galway. The House Hotel was a good fit for us. We like being to be able to walk around Galway. There are many shops, night spots and restaurants to dine at within walking distance. The hotel does have an elevator. Parking is relatively close and it isn't free. Breakfast was good. I prefer perked coffee and had to have Americano here. Would recommend. "

"The property description was misleading. When it says parking, it means in a public, in street carpark. Staff on arrival was not very helpful. Lots of questions needed to be asked. At check out, noone was available so needed to leave them on the unattended front desk. It also is vague about the breakfast. It is a cold buffet only. No hot food. The room was clean, modern and comfortable."

"The staff at 7 Cross Street were extremely helpful and kind. The location can't be beat, you're right in the heart of things. There was a smidge of noise from the street at night but we expected that having read the description and other reviews. It didn't bother us. Overall our stay was very pleasant!"
