"Small but very economical room, great if you are spending the days out and about exploring. Very central location walkable to lots of great restaurants. Parking can be an issue we were lucky enough to get a street park which was free 8pm-8am otherwise the options are their sister hotel or Wilson’s at $35 a night. The wifi unfortunately would not work for any of our devices the entire time we were there. "

"Expedia offered a reservation for a king bed that when I got to property 20 minutes after booking was unavailable. Expedia would not accept my cancellation despite reserving to pay at property. Expedia failed big time. Do not use Expedia "

"Staff are friend, approachable and helpful. To get to public parking it was a short drive around the block to get to the rear of hotel. Then a handy entrance leading into a main foyer, lounge with bar and restaurant off to the side. Beautiful views as well. Our room was very tidy, and inviting with 2 single beds nicely tucked in the open spacious nook. Amenities had a shower over the bath. Shower was oh so gooood! Then a king bed with a balcony over looking the main road and beautiful harbour...

"Location was central and very convenient to many touristy activities. Room was very large with a sitting area, and came equipped with dishes and silverware. Water pressure was strong and hot water was always available. Service was very friendly and prompt. "

"The location was good..the carpet had stains on it..our shower was not working properly but maintenence came and fixed it right away. Kittenette amenities were minimal but servicable. Elevators were quick."
