If I called with a request it was given the attention required at that time, no delay. 2) The appearance in the lobby, loading area, and hotel restaurants had modern finishes that gave hints of upscale and comfort. 3) The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere; very quiet but inviting. "Room was quiet and a fair size. Staff was friendly throughout the stay. Coffee machine in the lobby and water station on the floor was a great convenience. Added breakfast to the stay and great food, including coffee and juice,was excellent. Two negative notes: Room air didn’t seem to work and was hot during the stay. The bathtub didn’t drain water properly and pooled. Both were tolerable during my stay,"
