The room was dirty when arriving so we had to switch rooms because they left their cleaning supplies in the room and had a bunch of stains in the couches.

Everything was perfect! Sad that I messed up and didn’t realize there wasn’t a pullout bed but all in all it was clean, staff was nice, and no problems appeared! Thank you :)

The bed was nice and the ac was good. The room smelled really musty the carpet was filthy and stained and the drains in the sink and shower backed up. To top it off the complimentary breakfast was unavailable due to renovations and they didn't mention it at booking.

There was no breakfast available when the rate I was charged included breakfast. Their excuse was that the breakfast machines were broken. No balckout curtain in my room and found a vape on the floor near the ac which clearly shows how poor cleaning is. Bed was comfortable but take your own sheets.

The hotel was uninhabitable due to the cockroach infestation and the failure of the hotel management to address the problem. Policies are usually based on general circumstances, not extreme issues like cockroaches. The hotel’s condition made it impossible for us to stay safely and comfortably, which falls outside of standard policies. I was checkout on the same night. We did tried to switch multiple room and there are cockroaches are on multiple floors. I also take pictures and show to the person and send to Expedia for request full refund. But not get approve from the hotel manager...and still have to pay for the room that I end up to leave same night. Ridiculous

There were roaches in our bathroom . The pillow cases were dirty . The bedding had a grainy substance inside so It made me doubt if they were clean or not. We did not have enough towels two when there were four of us. No body wash . The towels were also coiled with hair that was not ours. There was no room service and the trash was not removed the following day which concerned me because I anticipated it would attract more roaches. Lastly , the site offered a complimentary breakfast , which after reading the Google reviews I noticed that breakfast has not been served in months leading to my stay. Due to this experience, I will never consider a Days Inn & Suites.

Everything was great, we arrived late but the employee on the front desk was very polite and the room was great too. Breakfast was outstanding, specifically the waffle shaped as the Texas shape.

Decent hotel for the price. There was a lot of long hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor that grossed me out. Instead of asking housekeeping to do their job I cleaned the bathroom myself.
