Stayed up here for an event. Specifically booked this location because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was broken and the pool is a bit rundown. Otherwise, the rest of our stay including the room, breakfast, and parking was fine. Also, the staff was very responsive to request and helpful.

After entering the room, I found that the musty smell was too strong, and the towels were very dirty and looked like they had been used for several years. There was not even a chair to sit on in the room. The noise from the air conditioner was too loud and seriously affected the quality of sleep. In short, it was a failed experience.

Everything was fine except the elevator was out of service and the two remotes given me didn’t work so I didn’t have one ultimately. The breakfast was ok except the eggs. Otherwise, all was good.
