"We stayed here for one night while attending the Coldplay concert in Auckland. The facility is new and has an art deco vibe. The hallways are a bit dark, which seems to be part of the intended aesthetic. There's a paid parking area nearby, and the location at the upper part of Queen Street is excellent. However, the rooms were quite small. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay."

"We drove here directly from the airport on arrival in Auckland and the hotel was able to check us in early. Parking next door was easy, though a little pricy, but not unreasonable for being in town. Our room was upgraded and we had an excellent end-unit with large and comfy King bed. Breakfast was included right next door at the Tuck Shop. We were able to walk around the harbor and into Britomart easily. Was a perfect place to start our journey in New Zealand."
