"Convenient and safe location with access to the mall and lots of parking spaces. Staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was good and shower was ok. Room lacked clothes iron and soap dish on the sink and had damage to the wall paper. Our room was close to the shopping parking lot that had a venue on the rooftop that hosted a party Friday and Saturday night. Music was very loud which made it impossible to sleep. "Very basic hotel. Pros - it had the right amount of beds, shower with hot water, mini fridge, AC, balcony, pool and small breakfast included. Cons - no elevator, very small bathroom, low water pressure in the shower, linens were stained and dingy, no safe, no hair dryer, no clothes iron, the pool is open 24 hours so, it gets very noisy even at night with music until 9 pm. Things hotel could do to improve is - better cleaning, install safe, hair dryer, new linens, more options at breakfast,...

"Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for almost 2 weeks in their largest room which had a comfortable bed, sofa, tv, bathroom, kitchenette, microwave etc. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods. Nearby chocolate shop was a plus, and close to a supermarket and some restaurants. It is a walk to the center of town (1/2 hour?) or you can take a taxi. No pool. "

"Very nice modern hotel in a good location - The Good = Very clean spacious rooms, big bathrooms, nice breakfast spread, good parking, reception helpful, convenient location. The Not so good = Hotel has a mosquito problem, they invade your room and eat you alive. Spent 2 hours killing a dozen mosquitos so I could sleep, Had to switch rooms 3 times due to inoperative AC units - reception was fine dealing with it, weak internet signal sometimes unusable. "O hotel é ótimo. Possui bastante espaço para crianças brincarem e atividades de recreação. A equipe é muito educada e solícita. Gostamos muito das refeições no restaurante do hotel também. As camas são um pouco antigas e poderiam ser melhor conservadas. No quarto dos meus pais, um dos pés estava quebrado, fazendo com que a cama ficasse "funda" no meio."

"Just stayed one night. Hotel was a nice surprise. Location was great. Lots of restaurants, and a shopping mall within walking distance. Hotel parking was adequate. There breakfast was very good, lots of options to choose from. Size of room was good, beds were comfortable. Staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful. I will stay here again. "

"The village hotel is an older building but is nice and it staff make you feel so welcome, parking in the evenings is a little full but just handle the keys to the parking attendant and he will make sure your car is safe. Great breakfast, management and front desk staff very helpful, unfortunately no one spoke English at the hotel, but still were very helpful."
