However, the breakfast area staff was noisy, talking to one another loudly and nonstop, not allowing customers to have a comfortable breakfast. The same applies to the room cleaning staff. They show up early and make the same noise. "

"This hotel is beautiful. It is well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. The staff are lovely too. It is situated ten minutes from the train station and from there you can get to Pisa/Florence/Livorno easily. There is a secure underground carpark which is handy as well. "

"We stayed here a couple of days before taking a train to Rome. Rooms were clean and we were right across from the port. Everything we needed we could walk to. Chairs was so helpful at the front desk."

"Beautiful hotel - cannot fault the decor and cleanliness. Lovely staff. Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds and room facilities. The pool was great for kids and although not part of the hotel it was around the corner and free to use. The breakfast was across the road in a bar and whilst it was nice there was not a menu to choose from as such but rather you ask for a pastry or two from the selection at the bar which for me is not really what I want from a hotel breakfast but others might be...
