Lovely property in the old town only a short walk from the railways station. Ideal for exploring or relaxing. "I liked the cleanliness, breakfast, parking, and reception staff. However, the breakfast area staff was noisy, talking to one another loudly and nonstop, not allowing customers to have a comfortable breakfast. The same applies to the room cleaning staff. They show up early and make the same noise. "

"Hotel is a short walk from the train station & within the wall. Staff was amazing! So personable & helpful! Bathrobe & slippers were a plus. Room was incredibly clean & comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. So reasonably priced. Only stayed for one night. Wish it was for more! Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Beautiful 15th century villa , with manicured grounds . Restaurant was excellent, but rather expensive . Bfst was excellent. 4 km out of Lucca on Busy highway , so couldnt walk into town . Partially offset by a bus route appropriately 600 meters from property. Enjoyed walks in the countryside. Loved our stay overall !!"

"Pros: clean and quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to get around when travelling by car. Minor inconvenience: our bathroom was setup for handicapped people and we had to put towels around the shower doors to avoid flooding."
