"The front desk Lisa was very nice. She help us to print some boarding tickets. The hotels is 10 mins walking to the leading tower. The breakfast was very good with different options. "

"The beach area is nice with plenty of loungers and gazebos. They have a bar and restaurant there which serves good seafood. The hotel rooms are a little tired, I would say 4 star not 5 as they have paper cups in the rooms not glasses or cups. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with juices and water. The bathroom needed a bit of an update missing grout between tiles etc. The staff were very helpful albeit reception not quite so much. There was lots we had to find out for...

"Good: Really clean. The blind, when it worked, was almost back out. Couldn't ask for a better location - some reviews say it's dodgy but I felt it was cultural of people of different nationalities to be in the street. The internet was strong and I was on the top floor. Good place to see new year fireworks - there is a rooftop terrace. Mg room 721 has a huge window ledge to put items. "This place was perfect. Spectacular views of the tuscan hills and gorgeous sunsets. Breakfast and dinner was also delicious. Perfect location for day trips to Florence, Sienna and Pisa."

"The staff were very nice and accommodating. Very knowledgeable about the area and even recommended great places to visit throughout our way stay. The hotel is beautiful and has great views of the beach. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the amenities were fantastic."

"We walked from the train station, about 20 mins. Passed the Tower at 10pm-breathtaking. Could not believe how close the hotel is to the Duomo and the tower-just outside the stone wall. Comfortable beds: one queen and 2 twins for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. "

"Beautiful hotel in a wonderful peaceful setting about a ten minute shuttle to San Gimignano. High end restaurant was wonderful but pricey so for the second night we ate in the lobby restaurant. Highly recommend this oasis. "

"We stayed in the room named Torre di Pisa and it has the most amazing view of the tower. It is literally 25 steps away. I would say this view ranks up there as one of the best in the world. Incredible! "
