"Nice hotel in very convenient location - short walk from the beach and loads of shops, bars and rstaurants nearby - easy 15 minute walk to the old town. Room was quite spacious with a very nice balcony. The buffet restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Melia Benidorm – It’s got a great feel to it with a lovely pool area, just a couple of minor issues. Housekeeping could have been a bit better, as used cups and glasses in the room weren’t washed or replaced regularly, and toilet rolls weren’t replenished until there was about 5 sheets left!. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic – just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with Benidorm Palace up the road and the fantastic...

"I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

"very clean hotel. We were half board and found the plenty of choice and really good dining room staff. Lovely pool area BUT pool did not open until 10 am whick is a very bad point in our view. This needs to be addressed as there was a lot of people complaing about this."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing on the higher floors. The roof terrace is great for a relaxing drink and chill out. The location is superb. The food is extremely disappointing if you are expecting hot tasty food. Regardless of what time you go in for food it is always just warm. The variety of meats cheeses and salads was exceptional but trying to create a proper meat meal was a challenge. We unfortunately had to eat elsewhere most days/nights. The entertainment was very...
