Room has a wardrobe, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, luggage space, safe box, fridge and air-condition. Lovely modern bathroom with big walk in shower. We had a good sleep (having earplugs helps). "Poseidon Resort is made up of 2 hotels next door to each other. Guests get to use the facilities at either hotel. Breakfast is standard for Spanish hotels. Good selection but hot food wasn't really hot at all. Reception area a little dated but very clean. Again, rooms are clean but pretty outdated, but they are currently renovating floor by floor, so maybe they'll be better soon. Very hot for the first part of the week, but they don't switch their aircon on until May, which seems ridiculous....

Superb cafe stop (used by the cycle race team BMC, during their winter training at Coll de Rates). Pizzas are superb. Perfect stop before heading towards Castell de Castells, this road is littered with fantastic photo opportunities. End of Feb is good, loads of almond blossom and an abundance of orange groves. If heading over Coll de Rates, please give the cyclists plenty room, it’s a tough climb...
