"The desk staff was very friendly, and the beds were comfortable. The property did seem a little rundown. No clocks in the room, no trash can in the bathroom, shower drain was SLOW and plug was broken, pocket door to the bathroom is a pain in the ass, and the furniture was dirty. It was convenient, but in all honesty I don’t think I’d stay there again. "

"This is an excellent hotel with amazing staff and service. They have a text system for housekeeping which provides IMMEDIATE responses! Beautiful lobby. But...far to walk to Disney - about 30 minutes. The shuttle is good, bit small, but seemed to seat most of us. We did use uber as well. There is a target across the street which is great. As you walk further from Disney, into this area, you will notice the streets get dirtier and the company quite rough."
