"Loved this hotel. I like the decor. The staff were lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was an enjoyable stay. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, which was a nice surprise. "I love the Q1 but they didn’t give me the Gold VIP rewards so I had to go and ask reception who reluctantly gave me a bottle of sparkling wine and a row of chocolates and $20 off Spa treatments. The room was pricey but was actually one of the worst ones we’ve ever had in the Q1 so we paid for an upgrade which double the cost of our 5 night stay. I’ve never been offered the room upgrade in any of the Gold VIP access rooms I’ve booked except in Bali. Would love it if hotels in Australia honoured...
