"It's difficult to get anywhere. Rely on limited scheduled free shuttle bus. Public bus is expensive without ride pass. No 24hrs convenience store. The one at lobby is limited. Only one restaurant and expensive buffet. Niseko-yo is very expensive and limited choice. No food truck around vanicity."

"Cleanliness is a significant concern at this hotel. The back of toilet bowl had visible fecal stains, and both the chair and sofa looked worn and were heavily stained. Additionally, the cabinet contained toiletries left behind by a previous guest. Overall, it gave the impression that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly, which is quite disappointing for a hotel in Japan."

"Quiet and secluded with excellent staff and high end facilities (including a nice onsen setup). The included half-board meals were extensive and very good, and probably required given the relative lack of other options anywhere nearby in summer season. Feels like a private resort. If you are looking for an escape in Niseko this is a good option and the price is reasonable given the quality of the accommodation and of the dining."

"Overall, a very disappointing place. There is serious hygiene issue here and the place needs major care. The place was in no condition to receive any guests - kitchen appliances in horrific state and oven exhaust covered with thick layer of grime plus hundreds of small dead bugs. The kitchen area is not the only place with issues. Please do not stay here, the photos on the web may look nice but they are outdated photos. The owner of the property is irresponsible for renting this place out....
