"The room & bathroom was a little small but bed was comfortable. Room, bedding & bath towels were clean. There was no room to sit down to eat even though there was a small kitchenette so we ate out at High Street Eatery (highly recommended- walking distance). Staff were good & helpful. Quiet area even though some guests were not. Overall a good overnight stay before flying home."

"Although it is not in the city center, it is very close to it and walkable. There are a lot of restaurant options nearby as well. Quiet and generally safe. Room is equipped with kitchen and washer/dryer. The parking needs to be reserved in advance."

"We stayed 3 nights in a top floor studio with a gorgeous view of beautiful Akaroa harbour from the balcony. The studio was spacious and well equipped with a microwave, toaster and all the crockery and cutlery we needed. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. Very good value for a premium spot. Helpful staff. "
