"I travelled for work for a concert that was happening at Co-op Live, as such the hotel was busy but not terribly so. Only impact that may have is on their 3 lifts when trying to go to breakfast and checking out as everyone is doing the same and there can be a 5 min wait for some of the upper floors, as it seems some of the lifts skip floors or go to certain floors in order of when they were called 🤔"

"Wonderful hotel, a Manchester icon, where I understand Rolls and Royce met. Everything very good, including price. I’ve stayed here before and I will stay again. One complaint: the vegetarian sausages were very poor by contemporary standards."

"Arrived early to leave our luggage but the room was ready. We were able to empty our case and have a drink before setting off for the afternoon. The room had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. The bed was comfy and to say we overlooked Portland Street, we slept well. Can't think of any negatives."
