"My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very kind and the room was clean and cozy. The shower had an excellent water flow! There was only one issue - over the weekend there was loud noise, probably from the bar next door, every night until the morning. When I complained about it at the reception, they gave me a late check-out as compensation free of charge. I was very grateful for that and was happy for the compensation and consideration - but the following night there was also noise...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very clean, some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were really comfortable if you werent in a room overlooking the trams. The only downside for us was there was nowhere to buy a hot drink in the morning or afternoon as the bar didnt open until 6pm if you werent staying as breakfast included. Your website and Hotel Information in the room definitely needs updating and maybe give coffee and the milk sachets in the room aswell as tea bags"
