"X Kirra is in a great location. Once you park your car in the narrow basement you won’t need your car again. The property is all walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. The property has a great view of the ocean and walking esplanade. The balcony could have done with a good sweep and the windows were grimy but you can overlook that once the doors were open and see the view. The room is well furnished, great size kitchen comfy beds. We would stay again. "

"On arrival was treated very professionally and apartment was ready to occupy. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. I have stayed there 3 times now and never had a problem. I can guarantee that I will be back before too long. Most impressed."

"Great views from every room on the 15th floor Spacious lounge area. Quiet despite construction happening in front of apartments. 5 min walk to Burleigh shops and restaurants. Would stay again. Once new apartments in front will be finished suggest book floors 16 and above. "
