"Loved the location of this hotel,walkable to Ithaca Commons as well as many shops and restaurants and the State Theatre. There was a parking garage nearby with maximum rate of 10$ for 24 hours. The hotel appeared to be very new with up to date design. The room was amply sized with plenty of space for getting around, for one’s clothes and luggage, and even a refrigerator drawer. Will definitely choose this hotel again should we be going to Ithaca. "

"We had a perfect stay at Ron and Rita’s home over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is immaculately clean and furnished with all new appliances, bedding and towels.
