"The Dunedin Palms is a great value. We spent three nights there during high season. The location is excellent -downtown and a short walk to the octagon (center of town) and only 2 blocks to the Speights brewery/pub. It's located about 1/3 of the way up a hill. But it's not that steep and was not a problem for us. We stayed in a 1 BR apartment and it was huge and very clean with lots of space. We appreciated the small kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop and coffee/tea. Weirdly, they did...

"Easy to get to and park, nice location just outside of the main part of the city right next to the Botanical gardens. Would stay again. If it was hot, rooms have no air con and the rooms would get very warm. Ours was hot and only 18 degrees during the day hard to cook down "

"The hotel is amazing! It has a wonderful courtyard, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The managers were extremely helpful during check in /out and were especially knowledgeable about area restaurants and shopping. They were also wonderful in arranging transportation to the airport. I cannot recommend this property enough!"
