"Exceptional experience at this ryokan. Will definitely come back again. Onsen was also amazing and really enjoyed the private aspect of it. 45minute sessions were plenty enough and we were able to get our spots each time we wanted."

"Staff was incredible. Very helpful and friendly. The location is beautiful but the decor a little outdated. The room was very smokey but ok once we opened the window to air it out. The food was EXCELLENT. The outdoor onsen was my fave. I would stay here again despite the smokey room - just make sure you request a non-smoking room!"

"We were told the rooms are all smoking room. The cigarette smell was strong in our room so that was something we don’t really appreciate. The onsen facility was ok. The best was the one shared with the hotel next door."
