The common areas are tired and need refurbishing but the biggest disappointment was that you have to sign up to become a Hilton Honors member in order to get free Wifi. Really? So I travel alot for work and never have I ever had to pay $50 a night for parking, that was a little insane to me. "Got off to a rough start we checked in and when we got to our room saw it wasn’t what we booked it was a single bed instead of 2 beds. We went back down to the front desk and they immediately resolved the problem they were out of double bed rooms because of a track meet at BU and all the teams staying there but they accommodated us by giving us another single room next to our other for no charge. It was great customer service and the rest of the stay was great."
