The condo was spacious and spotless, plus the kitchen made planning dinners a breeze. It had everything we needed. Great communication with the host as well, super helpful and responsive. "Very clean condo on Ormond Beach. Has beach access and pool. Love the views of the ocean and bay side. We like the option of driving up to Flagler or driving down to Daytona within 10 -15 minute drive either way. Easy drive to Orlando also"

"Sand Pointe was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Convenient to restaurants & activities. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. The add fir the resort stated 2 hot tubs on property, but I believe it’s talking about another resort managed by the property managing company. Weather was perfect and everyone enjoyed our stay."

"We had an amazing time at this condo. It was an extremely clean and spacious 3 bed/3 bath with everything we needed for our weeklong stay with our family of 5 adults. Communication with the host was easy and timely. The views were beautiful and we loved being steps from both the beach and the pool. Our only note would be there is a somewhat steep staircase to get on the beach which was mostly no problem for us. We would certainly come back any time."

As soon as we arrived on Saturday a woman who lived there (apparently a board member) was threatening to have our vehicles towed because we didn’t have a parking pass. The office was closed until Monday so there was nothing we could do.
