"The hotel is inside Terminal 2 of the Mexico City airport. The elevator to th hotel is somewhat hard to find, even with their extra instructions, but illI did find it eventually. Very quiet and clean, staff mostly helpful. It is so convenient for connections to the US if you are coming in from the areas outside the urban area. I'd stay her again gladly "

"Big WOW to the customer service from everybody. From front desk, to Suite Lounge on dk 12. Big THANK YOU to the cleaning lady on this venue! One of the best stays I've ever had in Mexico City. Having a shuttle service to/ from airport as part of the exclusive services for the Suite would make an even bigger difference. "

"Convenient location on busy corner so there is noise from cars whizzing y the streets. The staff is very friendly, the suit was clean but very sterile . And there was a huge broken bowl as the centerpiece of the table. The kitchen space is functional and good but generally the hotel room had no personality, warmth. Just a basic space "

"I received a bottle of wine but just one wine glass and no wine bottle opener, I bought one in the area, I asked for a second wine glass and never received it so we share the one we have, nothing major but details make the difference. "
