"The hotel is on the older side. The pictures of the hotel doesn't do any justice. Need updated photos of room. Nice bigger rooms than the typical Japanese hotel rooms but the amenities of the room is outdated. The smell of the toilet smells like the sewer. The tub was old and it moved. When i entered the tub, it moved. We just stayed at the Hotel Grand Fontaine at Haneda Airport and it was very nice. Smaller room but nicer and the same price. It was a newer hotel but i highly recommend that...

"Quiet & clean hotel ,most important is near JR express train.....Only 3 min walk to JR...... Underground shopping street, convenient to food street,especially for breakfast."

"New hotel. Good size rooms with all the basic amenities (toothbrushes, hairbrush, razor, etc.) No shower cap though. Hotel is connected to a theater and a shopping complex with Daiso and lots of places to eat. Subway entrance is right in front of hotel with lots of underground shopping. Airport limo bus stop is across the hotel. "

"I loved the bathhouse the most. It was the highlight of my stay. I only wish the lounge didn’t close when the spa closed as I enjoyed that space. I couldn’t find the gym but no big deal cause I wasn’t really going to use it. The room was way too hot and we were always trying to figure out a way to keep it cool as possible but it always felt too warm. It made for restless nights. The bathroom smelled bad but that’s due to the construction of the building and not much can be done about it....

"Concierge really helped me out when I forgot to book an advanced seat for the highway bus. They took care of everything swiftly and promptly! This hotel was right outside of Nakajima park which was a great walk especially in the middle of winter."

"Great service at front desk. Bags allowed to be left with hotel before check in and after check out. Basic rest/eating area offers good coffee machine with one microwave (handy for combi store food!) but does close at 11pm. Best was efficacy of hotel allowing full refund for half the nights not stayed at due flight cancellation and airport closure. refund was organised btwn expedia and entire process took under 30minutes from start of chat. very impressed. "

"A fantastic hotel very close to Sapporo station and multiple convenience stores for your needs. Very clean, modern, polite and friendly staff that make your stay nice and comfortable. The bath areas are a nice touch, hopefully in future the tattoo policy in bathing area is revised, its 2025 and lots of tourists have tattoos. Helpful having a washer/drier, but it would be really great if they could get a few more machines as there is only one in the mens and one in the womens, at times there...

"Property was block & a half from the subway station & the subway station was just two stops from Sapporo Train Station & one stop away from Odori Park. There’s a convenience store next door & plenty of restaurants nearby. The Ramen Alley was just a block & a half away."
