"Excellent location and very new hotel"

"Very quick and kind service when checked in. They showed us to our rooms and offered to help with our bags. Showed us where the emergency exits were as well and made themselves very accessible if we needed anything. Location was perfect and you could even access the subway from the basement level or shop without even going outside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Great hotel and experience staying with them. "

"Very good hotel if you are in Sapporo for a few nights. We stayed in a king room with no view and it was small for 2 adults and a toddler and luggage. But for 2 nights it was manageable. Breakfast was good but offering was the same throughout the stay. Onsen is good and clean. Location is really good. Front desk staff speak little english that helped us sort things out and they were very helpful. Overall i would return for a short stay. "

"Easy check in. We were allowed to store our luggage before check in time. Our room was clean. The only thing was the bathroom needed to be deodorized because there was a stench. The blackout shade in the room is excellent as it kept the room completely dark. Very convenient location. Train station, restaurants, and shopping were within five minutes walk."
