"We were on the 10th floor looking toward Sakarajima Island. Wonderful view watching the ferrys come and go. Great breakfast and lunch buffet. Also, a high end Japanese restaurant. Lots of izakayas in walking distance. Ferry to the island is a 2000 yen cab ride. Comfortable beds spacious room."

"the onsen was seriously the highlight of the trip, and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me when I left something in my previous hotel, even though they didn't have to. The buffet breakfast and dinner was huge and the beds were really comfortable. I drove here so no idea on public transportation but parking was easy and I highly recommend!"

"Staff were friendly and welcoming, and service was great. Views of Mt Sakurajima were absolutely beautiful which is partly why I booked. I opted for a room with private onsen as I have tattoos. They offered tattoo covers but I thought they looked a but silly as I ended up looking like a patchwork quilt. "I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly).
