"Fantastic service. The checkin was super easy and efficient. The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. I can’t recommend enough and would absolutely stay again because they’re affordable, super kind and close to everything. Thank you"

"Room is small as expected but not laid out well. No under bed storage is a serious deficiency so the only place to lay an open suitcase is in front of the door. Which means moving so I can jump over it to leave the room and moving it back when I want to get into the bathroom. Only a small bench is provided so there really isn't anywhere comfortable to sit, had to try to make do by propping pillows up on the bed. "Room size is decent, I was able to lay my luggage out fully. Room is very clean, the bath needs a bit of extra cleaning. Very good price for solo travellers who needs their own space. There is a restaurant downstairs as well though I didn't get to visit in the end. Staff were all very courteous, helpful and friendly"

"The building and the room are clean and fine, but the location was far enough from the airport that you would absolutely need a taxi to get to the airport. However, you’re supposed to make a taxi RSVP at least 48 hours before the date you need it. Local taxis are usually fully booked by early RSVPs, and wont be able to come pick you up like you would expect. "the staff are very courteous but the place is very much understaffed. property is undergoing major renovations until april 2025. there is a plastic chemical smell in the hallways. room was acceptable but bathroom had mold. "

"We stayed for a week and got a great rate. Location was ideal, transportation links were fantastic, close to the train station, tram right outside front door as well as airport bus. The room was basic but met our needs and it was clean. Great ac, fridge and kettle in the room. Also there was free luggage storage. Nothing bad to say at all."
