"The location is nicely situated next to the slopes and convenient for people who want to enjoy winter sports. Hotel also has its own parking onsite with free valet. The balcony overlooked the slopes but it would’ve been nice to have chairs out there to sit and enjoy the sun. It’s hard to justify paying steep prices to stay here because it feels as though you don’t get anything back for what you paid, unfortunately. Our room was incredibly dry and hot and there was nothing we could do except open...

"At no time was the reception manned and we needed to ring a bell or shout "hello". There was no information on breakfast and almost no guests. The hotel has a nice facade but is dark inside and there is next to no activities. To access the pool we were led through a garage and the pool was not clean. There were five sunbeds in a shape that was very bad. The person in the reception was kind and nice, but did not speak any English and as mentioned had to be called from somewhere inside the hotel....

"Good hotel but has a limited menu as has no restaurant only a cafe bar. The menu is changed daily but if you want lunch and evening food it is the same choice. Staff were very good and breakfast also quite good. I would stay again but only for 1 night. It is however an excellent location for shops."
