"They thought they were kind putting me in a room facing the city for the view (it is great), but you have lots of road noise. I much prefer the other side of the hotel. The shower had white mold in it and clearly hadn’t been cleaned as the basin had hair from someone having a shave. Will need to find somewhere new for my weekly work stay"

"The parking is offsite so pretty inconvenient, especially in the rain. The area to park whilst checking in is not well signed and was blocked by delivery vans. This just made checkin very stressful to navigate. The room itself was lovely, the dark painted walls were very dusty though. Aside from that everything else was well maintained. The onsite Japanese restaurants were amazing and a highlight. "

"We were on the 43rd fl and the view was incredible. Staff at check in were very professional and helpful. We wish there would have been a bar/cafe on the property purely from a convenience perspective. "
