"A pleasant hotel in a great location. It was my first visit to Brisbane, and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. Our twin room was small with minimal storage space, but fine for a two-night stay. I booked breakfasts to be included, expecting that there would be a buffet arrangement. " Rooms were great but floor and carpet was dirty and there was no broom cleqn up so gard for family staying more than a night as there is no house keeping unless yoy pay extra. There qas no extra garbage bags left in apartmenr withwr which was inconvenient. Drier only worked intermittently must have been something wrong with it. And the mattress in one of the room was horrible to sleep on and when we asked for something to be done they promised to help but did nothing "

"The parking is offsite so pretty inconvenient, especially in the rain. The area to park whilst checking in is not well signed and was blocked by delivery vans. This just made checkin very stressful to navigate. The room itself was lovely, the dark painted walls were very dusty though. Aside from that everything else was well maintained. The onsite Japanese restaurants were amazing and a highlight. "

"Amazing. Absolutely loved the place. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean environment. Nothing negative I can think of. Perfect gym, pool etc. will definitely be our go-to accomodation in 4000. Highly recommended. "

"Good communications when I emailed to request a carpark. When we checked in we were offered a late check out when we said our flight back to NZ was a late one. Had a 1 bed apartment which was fantastic accommodation. Really appreciated the goodies left for us too! That was unexpected in a hotel. "

"Good location and room as expected. However had to request housekeeping - nothing done for 2 days. Happy not to have towels replaced but bins not emptied or cups replaced. Staff on reception apologetic and helpful. Good breakfast choices but sometimes use for coffee machines which needed staff attention."
