"Dirty smelling. Dust layers above wall unit. Freezer frozen closed. No housekeeping fur days. Sheets had holes and rust marks on pillow cases. Showers spray all over. No kitchen utensils or items to utilize kitchen. I could only sleep one night out of 20 as my allergies would not allow. Hotel would NOT refund even though I asked after only a few days as I am totally UNSATISFIED with their accommodations. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"Its a great hotel , very well located (close to all main attractions , on foot). Breakfast and restaurant are excellent and rooms are spacious and very confortable. We had issues with the sink blockage and also with the water from the shower that used to soak the entire bathroom. The room door magnet card never worked properly which made us go to reception and change cards everyday. Overwall is a good hotel and we recommend."

"Extremely clean and staff is so professional. I would choose this place over other hotels . Excellent choice to get a five star place and treatment with reasonable prices. The restaurant is amazing, the chef and his line cooks clearly love their job and the place they work at. Buffet menu is different but same great taste. Waiters and host extremely professional and friendly. Front desk are very accommodating and knowledgeable. I give this place a solid five star. Great staff to remember ....
