On our last night, there was confusion over the outside “Spritz” bar. And it was the same for many customers. I’d approached the bar for a Coke Zero and was told the bar wasn’t open until 5pm (it was 5:08pm) and to only order from the Spritz bar. I did so but was told only what was there, would be available. "We enjoy that the room/s we're big enough to fit 5 of us incl 2 children, it was spacious and clean and had a lovely balcony All the right amenities, the bathroom door was a bit troublesome and the rooms weren't too sound proof. We were often woken in the early in the morning by external noise in the halls. But other than that it was warm and dry. Would definitely stay here again "
