"Inconvenient check-in process, had to look for a message the day before and then call with credit card information before we could get key code as reception is unmanned. Room smelled of cleaning chemicals. Not very close to restaurants."

"The view of the lake from the property was superb. Pool was very comfortable and there were easily identified pool towels. We just found it a bit far to walk to restaurants, but room facilities made preparation of a meal easy. There was good communication from the property owners and it was easy to contact them if needed, which it wasn't. "

"Spacious, comfortable unit, though sofa and carpet looked a bit tired. Nice to have a comfy seat for watching tv or looking at the view. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good sized thermal pool for soaking (not swimming). Lakefront location is terrific and patio area is a nice place to sit and look across lake. Cafe close by for coffees too."

"We had a very nice 2 bedroom rental at the very end of the property with a very large patio overlooking the lake. Great at night for star gazing. Comfy bed. But the property is starting to look a little old. There are no clear instructions for the recycling. There were a number of dead moths in our room and a full ash tray left on our patio. The restaurant was ok but nothing special. This was our splurge on this trip so we were hoping it would be just a little bit more Wow."

"Presented well overall, however, the hairdryer is very dated and overheated after a few minutes of use and the extractor fan in the downstairs bathroom was extremely loud. The amenities were nice, the spa bath was lovely and the washer and dryer combo was handy but a separate washer dryer would have been better."
