"All staff encountered were friendly. Hotel is quiet so had good sleep at night. Hotel looks a bit tired in parts but it was clean. Didn’t feel unsafe outside the hotel for family of 3 as previously mentioned on other reviews. Breakfast was good, constantly topped up and fresh. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, it is a few munutes walk to the Doumo Piazza and so much to do in the area so I felt safe staying out late. I also liked that I could walk to the Doumo at 6:30am when it is quiet and a few people, then return to the hotel for breakfast. There was good variety on the breakfast bar and the food was delicious. The gym is nice and actually looks like the picture. "

"Perfect location -center of Milan. Walking distance to cathedral square, La skala theatre , shopping mall, Hop on hop off buses across from Cathedral. Room was specious and comfortable with huge balcony. Bathroom- huge . Very nice decorative pieces throughout. Only negative comment- bed pillows were very hard. We didn’t know that hotel has different options for pillows. We made a comment about hard pillows and been told that they have options. Next time we will ask. Overall, excellent hotel. I...
