"It was our second stay at The Holiday Inn Hotel in Southend and it was excellent. Easy check in, all staff were friendly and excellent service. The room was a very good size and was spotlessly clean, lovely bathroom with fabulous smelling toiletries. Everything you would need was in the room including a safe. The breakfast was excellent so much choice. Easy parking at the hotel cost £10.00 a night. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Nice enough hotel, the rooms were a little small so probably best to opt for premium if you require bigger room. The room standard was on a par with premier inn apart from bed not quite so comfy. The hotel had a leisure club with pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. All again were small but as it wasn't that busy it was ok.
