"Pros: The hotel was newly renovated. Room is very clean. All staff were super friendly and attentive. Cons: Our room’s aircon was not working most of the time so the room could get quite stuffy. We could occasionally smell cigarette smoke outside our room but not sure where it was coming from. We got the 80sqm room but pretty sure our room was closer to 50-60sqm. "

"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"

"Expected quality of services, cleanliness and amenities for a hotel of this standard. Give 4 stars for the facilties as the maintenance of the indoor swimming pool was a letdown given that it took them more than 5 days to do so, coinciding with my length of stay. I thought it could have been faster. The free upgrade of hotel room given as a first time guest was a well received pleasant surprise. Overall, it was still a wonderful stay nonetheless."
