Overall cleanliness is acceptable, but do note that the room consistently has smoking smell even for non-smoking room. Room features (e.g. lighting) can be AI controlled, which adds some form of convenience if you speak Mandarin. Still a good choice is you're looking for a hotel based on good location."

Breakfast buffet is enjoyable, especially when there are no big tourist groups. Not all items are cooked with top-chef skills, but most of them are pleasant to both the taste bud. "The only thing I didn’t like was the pool attendant. He was a bit bossy and overbearing about the rules of the pool. He made for a tense experience. Otherwise it’s a great hotel. Very modern. They could also suspend with all the security guards around. Men in black suits. Makes you feel like you are being stalked. The restaurant was very good. "

"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"

"Convenient location. Near malls and near the Beijing subway. This is my 3rd time staying at Crown Plaza Zhongguancun. The staff are polite and converse well in English. Hotel isn’t modern but is decent in its amenities. Great gym and overall happy with my stay. Pillow can be a little bit more fluffed up. I found it a little flat. "

"Love that there's a mall about 5mins walk from the hotel, it is huge and has many food and shopping options if you don't want to travel out. Hotel location might be a little far from the main city area, but i liked it the tranquility around the area. The nearest metro station is about 10-15mins walk through the mall nearby."
