"With regards to room amenities definitely not a 4 star. No kettle , slippers, ironing board and room outdated. Limited options during low season, food was average too. Staff was excellent & very helpful. Not much around the area just a few basic shops /cafes. Not an issue for most people but I would recommend providing a prayer area that people can use after check out. Overall stay : Average "

"Awesome property, beautiful, quiet and clean, away from the busyness of the city. If you want quiet, this is the place to be. You can walk to the beach or a few shops in about 10 minutes , but will need a taxi for anything in the city. Security assists with taxi service, very attentive. All inclusive has its perks but sometimes the food served is all over the place and sometimes doesn’t really go together, but it was good. All else fails or if you miss a meal, there is a bar that sometimes open...

"The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. All the hotels facilities close...

"Hotel needs to upgrade a lot of there services such as cleaning and food quality . For a 4 star hotel it needs a lot of renovation as well because the rooms are absolutely old and not clean . "Hotel itself is lovely, however due to the current health situation the hotel mainly just accommodated tunisian guests. Which of course isn’t a problem but there was no entertainment during the day Or evening and all the music was completely Arabic. So for myself being an English person I found it very difficult to actually enjoy the evening time. Food was ok very limited and repetitive I would return to this hotel just hoping it is busier and has more variety next time. "
