"We stayed here for 10 days. And the staff was very kind and friendly. They were very helpful and they also exchanged money in the hotel. They smoke english,french,arabic,to make everything convenient. Everyday they cleaned the roomw, hotel is on the beach shore. So its very convenient "

"With regards to room amenities definitely not a 4 star. No kettle , slippers, ironing board and room outdated. Limited options during low season, food was average too. Staff was excellent & very helpful. Not much around the area just a few basic shops /cafes. Not an issue for most people but I would recommend providing a prayer area that people can use after check out. Overall stay : Average "

"The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. "I stayed there with my daughter for 12nigth,and I only can say good thing about the hotel,we had a amazing view,the bed was very confortebly wich for me its really importante,the food was amazing, and the personal are incredible nice,I'll be allways greatfull to them the way they help me with my not delivery luggage at the airport, they were sow helpfull,help me solving this problem for two day's. "I recently stayed at your hotel for my wedding anniversary, traveling from Canada. Unfortunately, my two-year-old son fell ill, so we had to bring him along unexpectedly. Upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They insisted on charging us for my son, despite the website stating that children aged two and under stay for free. I explained that we were exhausted from our journey, but the receptionist was unsympathetic and dismissive. Moreover, the room we were given was subpar and lacked any special decorations, which ruined our experience. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and overall experience at your hotel."
