"This isn’t our first time here; we love it and our 2 young girls have a blast. The experience is always great. My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business. And table cloths should be washed and new ones put on tables after each meal. Easy fixes that will go a long way in making everyone feel more at ease! "

"Awesome property, beautiful, quiet and clean, away from the busyness of the city. If you want quiet, this is the place to be. You can walk to the beach or a few shops in about 10 minutes , but will need a taxi for anything in the city. Security assists with taxi service, very attentive. All inclusive has its perks but sometimes the food served is all over the place and sometimes doesn’t really go together, but it was good. All else fails or if you miss a meal, there is a bar that sometimes open...

"The people are nice and it is 4* not pretending to be a 5*. Negatives The hotel interior is showing its age and the bed was not very good. The bath tub shower was showing its age. Toiletries could be improved upon. The corridor carpets are worn out. Plus side Swimming pools Staff - all areas working hard Variety of food in the restaurant Availability of pool side towels Evening entertainment Pool aerobics classes"

"The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. When we arrived however, they told us they had no rooms available and that we were going to have to wait. Took ages until the manager got involved and then it sorted out. "Mismanaged , they let residents get drunk till very late night hours with no respect to others. Very noisy without control as far as security. The location is beautiful though. "

"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in...
