"The location in the Back Bay is great. We came to see a show at the MFA, which isn’t far. We enjoyed our one night stay but wish the property had been more lively. The common areas were quiet, including the lobby bar/restaurant, but maybe that’s to be expected on a cold winter weekend. "

So I travel alot for work and never have I ever had to pay $50 a night for parking, that was a little insane to me. Also I had requested a room with a tub and I got one with a shower and ontop of that, every time I went to take a shower, there were some kind of knats or fruit flys coming out of the drain so that was definitely an ick. And lastly for a hotel that charges a lot of money to stay there, there should...

"The building is under renovations but they are doing a great job of not making it feel your in a construction zone. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean and upgraded since my last visit. We only stayed one night but it was perfect."

"Got off to a rough start we checked in and when we got to our room saw it wasn’t what we booked it was a single bed instead of 2 beds. We went back down to the front desk and they immediately resolved the problem they were out of double bed rooms because of a track meet at BU and all the teams staying there but they accommodated us by giving us another single room next to our other for no charge. It was great customer service and the rest of the stay was great."
