"This hotel has a very beautiful layout, from the lobby, lower lobby and bar/lounge. I’ve stayed multiple times over the years. The staff is very kind and this hotel is a great way to enjoy a staycation with Birmingham shops and restaurants nearby."

"We had a good stay. The room was good size and housekeeping relished and cleaned the room as needed. We were not told much about the property upon check-in which would have been helpful to know what was offered at the property. The vent in the bathroom was not the best which required the bathroom door to stay open during showering."
