"have no complaints. I went for a funeral so I was only in the room and restaurant. That said the room was clean and comfortable. Some of the staff were pleasant and some may benefit from a customer service training or something. I did get an unauthorized charge on my credit card and I must admit initially I don’t think they were going to take it off but I had the receipts to prove that it wasn’t my charge and they said it would be refunded. "Good staff, clean rooms but my shower has some cracks along the sides. Rooms need a 30 year update. Breakfast is ok but not the tastiest, luckily there are different options and a great cereal bar. At the end you pay for what you get"
