"The most outstanding element to my stay was helpfulness of the staff, Naeve, Sam, young man who helped me with luggage. Naeve was exceptional in accommodating two late check-out requests, co- ordinating billing, arranging baggage storage and baggage transport and generally checking up on how my trip was going.
