"This home was just a delight. The pool was great! The home is spacious and well laid out. Our only disappointment was the $292 electric bill. We were told if we did not overuse, we’d probably owe nothing. We kept doors and windows closed, set air at 75-76, never lower. Yet we’re surprised with such a big bill. Overall, loved your home. Thank you for sharing it with us!"

"Great communication with property/unit ownership. Condo is completed updated and clean with many conveniences. Nice to be on the main floor. Huge master suite and kitchen. Parking was easy to get in and out. Close to restaurants. Beach was not crowded. Tennis and pickleball courts were very nice. We hope to be back soon."

"Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at the property! Owner was responsive and courteous from booking to checkout. The property is very well maintained and cleanly. Great home base for us as we went to Fort Myers Beach, Hammond Stadium, Sanibel & Captiva. The neighborhood felt safe and secure. The back yard was so relaxing each day-love the pool & poolside. We appreciated the extra amenities at the property to make this feel like home for our vacation. There is clear signage throughout the home...

"Relaxing stay"

"The place was clean and had a great lay out. The complex was also clean, and the pools were warm and clean. The location on the south side of the island was perfect. We had a great time at the beach finding shells. Candy's place had everything we needed to make getting around easy. When we arrived, we couldnt find the travel crib. After messaging Candy, he showed up with a travel crib. We had a great time and my kids are already asking to go back."

"Ocean front property. Great communication with owner and caretaker. Being older and having heavy luggage poor timing for elevator to be out of order. Accommodations were perfect in condo itself! "

"This condo is very expensive for the quality received! The router for the internet is in another condo unit and works poorly! The whole condo needs updating! The dryer worked poorly on arrival and we had to perform some maintenance on it to get it to work correctly! Shower doors need to be replaced!"
