"The hotel was very large and had a lot of facilities. There were several pools and to a decent depth. The cleaning staff, especially Inma, were all delightful and did a great job. They even let me practice my Spanish with them! The arcade was good fun and open quite late of an evening. The breakfast was varied and well-cooked. Breakfast included is a must! You get a wrist band to show the staff what you are entitled to. One of the best things about the stay was the transport links. There's a bus stop almost immediately outside the front of the hotel (1 min walk if you want to be specific). You can get to the whole island that way. "

"We loved this hotel, lovely rooms with a nice view of the town. The beds were comfy and a good choice of pillows. We would recommend staying here, and would suggest paying for breakfast as part of the booking, also checkout the roof terrace with fantastic views. All the staff were helpful and cheerful. "

Our room was spacious with an excellent shower, plenty of wardrobe space & a large, comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly & professional; we particularly loved the 12th floor rooftop bar- wonderful panoramic views & two attractive areas to sit. "
