"Das MOMI Slow Living Hotel ist nach der Renovierung ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel geworden. "The food was horrible, for a 4 star hotel is this not oke. The food was cold and one day it was even rare. Also not a lot of choice. Also the all inclusive was minimum. We had a little appartment with a pool. The appartment was good but not clean. When the woman came to clean she only did the floor and nothing more. The swimming pool was a nice size. We walked every day to the city. "

"This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. 3 with a push. Aircon broken on arrival. Bathrooms and room never cleaned once during my 4-day stay. At best, towels were changed and bed made. Nothing more. I even had to ask for a replenishment of shower gel. Luggage scattered around reception (no safe storage closet). Food was palatable…strange how the reception encouraged me away from their hotel food to their sister restaurant (for which I would need to pay). Convenient location. Don’t try use the...

"Had an amazing weekend at Palmera! Check in staff was kind and efficient. The bar staff was not attentive, I was often ignored but it didn’t bother me too much as I wasn’t in a hurry. Unfortunately, there were many extra charges and add ons that I was not made aware of. Many guests and I complained about the fact that we paid for all inclusive, yet most things were not included. A bit disappointed about that, a simple note on the property details would have sufficed. Regardless, the food was delicious and the vibes were great! The kitties were my favorite part! I would come back, but only after April 1st, when everything opens for the season. "
